In this webinar, Season Professionals and Retirees Community colleagues will share stories that address some of the more nuanced concerns about retirement. What will the transition from work to no work be like? Will I still have value? How will I fill my time? Is there help available? How do I find community and feel valued in retirement?
Retirement represents a pivotal life transition that extends well beyond the end of a career. It’s a chapter characterized by preparation, transition, and self-discovery. Recognizing retirement as a new beginning rather than an end is crucial for individuals to navigate this phase with purpose, fulfillment, and a sense of accomplishment.
Through reflection, discussion, and practical tools, attendees will leave prepared to navigate retirement thoughtfully, whether for themselves or in supporting others, creating a path marked by confidence, clarity, and fulfillment. Relevant resources will be shared.
