Frequently Asked Questions

Account Access

ACUI’s institutional membership allows for an unlimited number of staff, students, and faculty at the institution to create an affiliated account and receive member benefits.

You can create an affiliated account by following these steps:

  • Select “Login” in the upper right-hand corner of the ACUI website.
  • Select “New Member? Click Here” underneath the login fields.
  • Enter your information on the “Register a New Customer” page. Important Note – You must search for and select the appropriate institution in the “Institution/Company” field to receive member benefits. If you’re having trouble finding your institution – see “I’m trying to affiliate my account with my institution” question below.
  • Select the “I am Not a Robot” box and click “Submit.”
  • The system will send a verification email to the address that you entered. Navigate to your email and verify the address to proceed.
  • You are now all set to log in and access your ACUI member benefits

Less is better when searching for your institution as the formatting must match exactly what’s in the system to proceed. Simply search by “Company” and skip the address field. Additionally, try searching just the basic institution name (e.g., University of California instead of University of California Los Angeles). This will bring up all affiliated institutions and you can select the appropriate one.

  • If you remember your login credentials – You can simply login to your account, navigate to the “My Account” page, and select “Update Profile.” Make sure to enter an “End Date” for your previous employer and then select “Change Employer.”
  • If you aren’t able to login – Please reach out to our Member Services Team for assistance at acui@acui.org.

You can make all updates to your profile information via your My Account Dashboard when logged in. Simply select “Update Profile” and make the necessary changes. A video tutorial on How to Manage Your Profile can be found on the ACUI Website Tutorials page
