Join colleagues from across the region for an interactive ACUI roundtable program focused on student employment and student engagement. This collaborative session is designed to create meaningful conversation among professionals who support student staff, leadership development, campus involvement, and workplace learning. Participants can opt into facilitated Zoom breakout rooms centered on key topics for example in hiring and retention, training practices, supervision strategies, engagement, and building community among student employees. Each room will be guided by a facilitator who will help spark discussion, encourage idea sharing, and provide space for participants to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and exchange successful practices from their own campuses. Whether you are looking for fresh programming ideas, new approaches to student development, or simply an opportunity to connect with peers facing similar challenges, this session offers a supportive environment for networking, collaboration, and professional growth. Attendees will leave with practical strategies, new connections, and actionable ideas to bring back to their campuses.
