Are you going to be retiring in the next two to five years? Season Professionals and Retirees Community colleagues will answer some of the perennial questions about retirement, such as: What should I do now to prepare for retirement? Will I have enough money to live the way I want to after retirement? What do I need to know about insurance?  What questions should I ask my HR department? Are Medicare and Social Security really so complicated?

Retirement represents a pivotal life transition that requires planning and preparation. This session reframes retirement as a holistic, intentional transition—one that considers financial readiness alongside emotional, social, intellectual, and physical well-being.

Through reflection, discussion, and practical tools, attendees will leave prepared for retirement thoughtfully, whether for themselves or in supporting others, creating a path marked by confidence, clarity, and fulfillment. Relevant resources will be shared.
