Leadership changes, divisional realignments, and budget constraints, or growth, can be exciting, challenging, and frankly scary. These moments require advocacy, creativity, and a little bit of political know how, but managed well, can provide opportunity.  The student center can lead this charge to bring stakeholders together and turn confusion into clarity, while keeping students at the forefront of the work. Hear lessons learned through multiple leadership and organization shakeups and tips/tricks to prepare to manage up, down, and across!
