December 3, 2025 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EST

A basic skill in any professional setting is conflict management. The college union, being the living room of the campus, draws people with a variety of needs and expectations. Occasional conflict is a natural occurrence. Whether that conflict leads to negative or positive results depends largely on everyone’s response to it. In this webinar, attendees hear from three seasoned professionals in the field as they share their experiences and advice on managing conflict in the college union.
