What happens when Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z all share the same workplace? Universities today employ and support staff across five generations, from Traditionalists to Gen Z. This interactive session explores strategies for managing and leading a diverse workforce, with a focus on communication, collaboration, and adaptability. Participants will gain practical tools to bridge generational differences, foster inclusive workplaces, and prepare their teams for sustained success. Through case studies and small-group discussion, attendees will leave with actionable steps to strengthen cross-generational engagement at their institutions.
