The Institute for Leadership Education and Development (I-LEAD®) is a transformational experience, informed by student development and leadership theories, for inclusive leadership and community building, that provides space for college students achieve the program’s learning outcomes. Students will explore, through multiple lenses, the complexities of leadership in our current world and will be encouraged toward a life-long learning journey beyond the program. Check out this article that provides an overview of the 2024 experience!
