Call for Sessions
Region VIII Conference Planning Team (CPT) is delighted to open the submissions to deliver an educational session at the 2025 regional conference taking place from the 21st – 22nd November 2025 at the University of Vermont.
This year’s conference theme is “Purpose, Intention, Impact” where we will come together as a region to explore our work through various stages, from the theoretical development to actionable steps and realized results. Furthermore, our goal is for all attendees to challenge themselves by helping the ACUI Region VIII network with developing new knowledge that attendees will carry and build upon throughout and past the dates of the conference.
As such, we are interested in session submissions that create connections and intersections among the theme, while ensuring we are catering for our broad audience that will be present at the conference. The Conference Planning Team (CPT) has intentionally created education tracks to help delegates better navigate the educational session blocks. These tracks have been designated for specific levels of experience and education but will not be compulsory. During the conference, delegates are free to attend any session they choose. It is expected that sessions will cross over multiple tracks and be applicable to many professional and educational experiences.
For any questions, please contact Joe Castelot, joseph.r.castelot@dartmouth.edu. The form to submit educational sessions for the regional conference has closed.
