Everyone Benefits from Established Student Employee Recognition Programs
For nearly 30 years, the percent of full- and part-time students that also participate in the workforce has been shrinking. Couple that with a competitive wage market, students seeking more flexibility in their learning environments, and the shear challenge of allocating time where it is needed, the benefits of maintaining a strong student employment recognition program can be reaped by employee and employer alike.
