The 2024 Annual Conference in Denver, March 24–28, could not have been successful without the contributions of over 900 attendees. Thanks for a successful conference!
Over 900 delegates came together at the 2024 Annual Conference in a caring community of colleagues who also tie-in to the work you do to rejuvenate, elevate, connect, and celebrate each other. The experience focused on the pillars of: connections and community; sustainability; and belonging and affirming spaces.
Throughout the event:
- 496 delegates went on one of the 18 Adventures that were hosted throughout Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins.
- 419 sign-ups occurred for various socials, group meals, and meet-ups.
- 235 delegates participated in six opportunities for tours.
- 103 delegates developed professionally during five preconference programs.
- 80 volunteer shifts were filled for five different onsite opportunities.
- 76 representatives from ACUI Expo participants shared solutions with attendees.
Conference Education
The 2024 Annual Conference was full of meaningful opportunities to learn and connect as a community, with each day featuring feature a conference-wide experience. In addition to the curated educational preconferences, tours, and the undergraduate learning trail, there were 100 educational sessions across 10 educational blocks—exploring all of the ACUI Core Competencies and appealing to audiences from undergraduate students to senior professionals.
The all-conference sessions included:
- A keynote from Temple Grandin
- A sustainability panel discussion
- ACUI Talks from Alison Malmon, Panama Soweto, and Renée Welch
The 2024 ACUI Annual Conference library is now available for conference registrants, which features over 60 presentation materials from educational sessions and video recordings of our all-conference sessions.

The cancellation policy for the event is available here.
The hub of all conference activities and lodging was the Sheraton Denver Downtown. An ACUI group rate of $219 was available for conference participants who booked within the block prior to the cut-off date.
