Webinar: Centralized Event Processes and Services Roundtable

July 17, 2024 @ 1:00 pm 2:00 pm EDT

Whether your union or student center manages campus-wide centralized event processes or is embedded within it, the need to efficiently steward campus meeting and event spaces has never been greater. Co-facilitated with the National Association of College Auxiliary Services, this ACUI roundtable will explore best practices for centralized event processes and services, including effective organizational structures, communication, and workflow; maximizing revenue generation while maintaining a commitment to the institution’s educational missions; best practices for ensuring developmental opportunities for students; and managing freedom of expression events. Through this interactive session, participants will be encouraged to contribute their institution’s event and space management policies and share questions for the benefit of all.
