Full Course: Student Employee Supervision

This training will provide easily accessible, important foundational knowledge concerning student employee supervision. The registration deadline is June 2.

OVERALL OBJECTIVE

Students will be able to:  

• Describe student development theories and their application to student employment applications. 
• Practice basic coaching and mentoring principles and techniques. 
• Explain the role of training and recognition in student employee success. 
• Implement institutional and departmental disciplinary and/or termination policies and procedures. 
• Practice basic conflict management techniques.
