In one hour we will cover the five phases of the project life cycle , five expectations of a project manager throughout the life cycle, and five tips for a successful project.
About the Presenters
- ACUI Director of Strategic Initiatives & Senior Diversity Officer Stacey Givens has a project management background that includes IT, software development, manufacturing, marketing, and events. Not only is project management what she does for a living, it’s she manages her life (lists, tasks, check boxes). Givens earned her PMP certification in 2011, has a graduate certificate and MBA with a concentration in project management, and has worked as a project manager for the last 20+ years.
