February 25, 2026 @ 11:00 am 12:00 pm EST

Even the most well-planned campus events encounter last-minute challenges—from audio-visaul and IT hiccups  to unexpected catering needs. For institutions managing hundreds of events each year, the ability to  respond quickly and coordinate effectively can make or break the experience for planners, staff, and  attendees.

In this webinar, campus leaders from Colorado State University and Purdue University share how they  have strengthened event support by implementing a real-time request and response approach.  Attendees hear first-hand how these institutions are improving responsiveness, reducing stress for event  organizers, and creating more consistent, high-quality event experiences across campus.  Designed specifically for ACUI professionals, this webinar focuses on practical strategies you can apply  within student centers, event services, and campus operations—regardless of institution size or  resources.

This webinar is hosted by Touchwork – Real time feedback and audit solutions.
