SUMMARY:2026 Institute for Leadership Education and Development - UK (I-LEAD®) 
DESCRIPTION:Get ready for an inspiring few days at the Institute for Leadership Education and Development (I-LEAD®)—a dynamic\, hands-on experience designed to spark growth\, build confidence\, and bring student leaders together. Rooted in leadership and student development theory\, also ACUI’s core competencies. I-LEAD® creates an inclusive space where you can explore what leadership really means in today’s complex world—while developing the skills to make a lasting impact in your community. As past participants have shared\, it is “nothing short of life-changing.” \n\n\n\n\n\nDesigned especially for newly elected sabbatical officers\, student staff\, and anyone in a paid or voluntary leadership role within Students’ Unions\, this is your chance to learn\, grow\, and lead with purpose. \n\n\n\nAcross the program\, you’ll dive into fresh perspectives\, challenge your thinking\, and connect with like-minded leaders\, all while setting yourself on a path of lifelong learning beyond the experience. Many describe how “participating was transformative for both my personal and professional development\,” highlighting the lasting value of the program. \n\n\n\nLaunching this year\, I-LEAD® United Kingdom will bring ACUI’s premier leadership program for undergraduate students to our members abroad\, offering the transformational experience with a curriculum intentionally adapted with the needs of student leaders in the UK. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us the University of Westminster in London for an unforgettable leadership journey.
