Retiring from full-time roles in April 2023 after 42 years in student affairs\, campus activities\, and union administration\, Tim has left an indelible mark on the profession. He has been honored with the Lifetime Membership Award from NACA and the Emeritus Award from ACUI. Tim remains active\, presenting at professional association conferences and serving on project committees. Additionally\, he provides consultation for institutions\, coaches professionals\, and publishes articles. His current intellectual pursuits focus on leadership\, design thinking\, innovation\, brand development\, service\, experience creation\, event management\, organizational development\, and the future of work. \n\n\n\nVictoria Angis is retired from Castleton University after 42 years\, Victoria is the co-leader of the Seasoned Professional & Retirees Community of Practice. She has previously served as ACUI regional representative\, committee chair\, and vice-president of committees and networks. DESCRIPTION:Join colleagues from across the region for an interactive ACUI roundtable program focused on student employment and student engagement. Hear lessons learned through multiple leadership and organization shakeups and tips/tricks to prepare to manage up\, down\, and across!   \n\n\n\nRegister Now\n\n\n\nAbout the Presenters\n\n\n\n\nJoseph Castelot oversees the daily operations\, long term planning\, and student engagement within student center spaces at Dartmouth. Works with various departments\, divisions\, and local government to support the mission of the Collis Student Center and provide support for student led programming. As director of the Collis Student Center\, manages the operations of Collis\, Robinson Hall\, Sarner Underground\, Studio Sudikoff\, Paganucci Lounge\, and Tom Dent Cabin. Directly advises the Collis Governing Board\, while serving as an advisor to any student organizations or users of Collis spaces. Provides support for various student life events\, programs\, and traditions.
