Awards and Scholarships

Region III offers numerous awards and scholarships to recognize and advance professionals and students within the region.

Volunteer

Looking for a great way to volunteer while building connections with your peers from across the region? ACUI’s regions have a variety of ways for you to volunteer, including as regional director, roles on the Regional Leadership Team, or working to plan the Regional Conference.

Currently, Region III is accepting applications for the following positions:

Note: The submission process is updated this year through our new membership platform—which means applications can autofill with your profile information, be saved as pending for edits until you officially submit, and be stored for your future access. In order to submit an application, you will need to create an account login, if you don’t already have one.

Student Advisory Council

Region III wants more student input on our conference and regional programs so Krystal Figueroa the Student Member of the Regional Leadership Team and Desmond Dunklin, the Student Involvement Coordinator are creating a Student Advisory Council. Interested students can express their interest using this form.

Regional Episodic Volunteer Opportunities

Short-term opportunities are available on occasion for volunteers to assist with various Region III initiatives. Any questions about these opportunities can be directed to Darien Garrison at dmgarrison@uab.edu.
