Multi-Ethnic Professionals and Allies

The Community of Practice for Multi-Ethnic Professionals and Allies (COMP) serves as an advocacy group and provides networking opportunities for professionals of color and their allies. COMP develops and disseminates resource materials that relate to professionals of color in the field and issues of diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion. In addition, we provide mentoring opportunities for new professionals.
