  • Ability to identify systems and resources related to human resource laws
  • Ability to identify systems and resources related to institutional human resource policies and procedures
  • Ability to develop and/or revise human resource policies in conjunction with the institution’s human resource office
  • Ability to interpret and apply equal opportunity laws (and affirmative action)
  • Ability to develop materials and procedures related to staff selection and training (e.g., job postings, position descriptions, interview questions, candidate evaluation forms)
